Martynenko M. Organisation of management of enterprises of the sphere of social services

Object of research: sphere of social services. Subject of research: process of organization of management at the enterprises, providing social services. Aim of research: theoretical motivation and methodical support of elaboration of directions of improvement of management of enterprises on the sphere of social services on the basis of definition of their peculiarities. Methodological basis of research: methods of logical generalization, analysis and synthesis, comparison, economic-mathematical modeling, graphic method. Theoretical and practical results: methodic of comparative analysis of different medical services within one enterprise as well as of identical medical services at different healthcare enterprises; methodical approach to the choice of optimal marketing strategy and evaluation of the degree of its realization; mathematical model of the life cycle of the medical service which has been worked out; improved structureof marketing-mix of medical services and contents of the notions of social and medical services. Practical significance of the results obtained consists in the fact that the use of them in the process of management of enterprises in the sphere of social services will allow to minimize the costs, which are connected with marketing activity; to raise the level of operational planning and control; to improve the procedure of comparative analysis of medical services. Degree of application: the results of the research are applied in the work of Central Clinical Hospital № 5 and City Hospital № 6 of Kharkiv.
