Zhuravl'ov V. Moral and psychological ensuringof the border patrol performing duties

Object of the research is border details service. Aim of the research: theoretical grounding and experimental verification of the methodic of moral and psychological provision of border details service. Methods and apparatus of the research: general science methods of theoretical level, methods of empirical research and mathematical statistics methods, psychological and pedagogical experiment. Theoretical and practical results: the essence and content of organization of moral and psychological provision of Border Guard Troops activities and border details service have been determined; the definition of the essence and content of "moral and psychological provision of border details service" has been specified; criteria and indices of moral and psychological condition of border details staff have been determined, linear models of moral and psychological condition functions of border personnel have been elaborated. The latter ones allow to predict the degree of assigned task fulfillment. Methodic recommendations for border units' officials concerning moral and psychological provision of border details staff have been worked out on the basis of newly-elaborated methodic of moral and psychological provision of border details service and experimental research program which had been elaborated. Novelty of the research: methodic of moral and psychological provision of border details service, indices and criteria of moral and psychological condition of border outposts" personnel assessing - helping to determine border guards" readiness for service - have been elaborated for the first time; the essence and content of "moral and psychological provision of border details service" has been specified; methodic recommendations concerning implementation of methods of moral and psychological provision of border details service have been worked out and theoretically substantiated. Degree of implementation: the results are used in work of Education and Training Directorate of State Border Guard Committee of Ukraine, units of Southern Command, and in educational process of the National Academy of BGTU.
