Essay

The dissertation is devoted to searching compounds with antiviral activity among new derivatives of adamantane and norbornane. It has been shown that AB-4 inhibits viral specific DNA-polymerase , timidinekinase and induces interferone synthesis. By its antiviral activity and interferonogenic effect AB-4 overcomes remantadine and acyclovire. AB-32 also performs interferonogenic, antibacterial and antifungal properties.
