"Formation of contract system of payment for work in Ukraine " 9118 "Summary" The sphere of application: enterprises of the different kinds of property. Object of research: social and labour relations at the enterprises of different forms of property. The purpose of research: the analysis of the essence of the labour payment is given; the expedience of its application in the condition of transitional economy is substantiated; the recommendation on the improvement of the contract system of the labour payment at the enterprises are elaborated. Methods of research: statistical and economical analysis, grouping and classification methods, the method of the expert estimation, system analisys method. Theoretic and practical results: the native and foreign experience of the application of the contract system of labour is generalized; the expedience of the wider introduction of this system in Ukraine is substantiated; theoretical and methodological basis of the improvement aspect and on the microlevel. Subject of innovation: for the first time the evolution of the forms of hiring the personnel and their labour payment is researched; the necessity of making changes into the legislation is proved aiming at strengthening the contract as an element of the individual and treaty mechanism of the labour payment regulation; we propose to distinguish the constant and variable percentage in the structure of contract, and the quantitative correlation of this percentage is determined; it is also proved that the size of the official salary, additional payment and extra charges of the directors of enterprises who work under the contract one must put into dependence on the rates of the increase of production and on the financial state of the enterprise. Degree of introduction: methodical and practical elaborations are used in the process of implementation of plans of three scientific researches and of two assignments of the ministries and departments. The proposals are used for the elaboration of the law "Conceptions of thefurther reformation of the labour payment in Ukraine", and also have been used in the process of teaching the course " Labour economy" at Kiev University of economy and technology of transport of the Ministry of transport of Ukraine (№01-25/20 from 07.01.02).
