Essay

The failure of hepatic detoxication, secretion and excretion functions on background of activation of free radical lipids peroxidation, leads to demaging of oxidation-antioxidation homeostasis as couse of hepatocytes membranopathy was found. The farmacological theraputic activity of quercetin and splenin om components of hepatic detoxication system and oxidation homeostasis in course of thiroid insufficiency was studied.
