Essay

Investigation object - cadets' self-appraisal formation in the higher military educational establishments teaching process. Investigation aim - to define and scientifically substantiate essence, content, main pedagogical ways and conditions of cadets' self-appraisal formation in the higher military educational establishments teaching process. Investigation methods - theoretical analysis of philosophic, psychological and pedagogical scientific sources with the aim to clear out essence and content of cadets' self-appraisal formation; questionnaring (testing, interview, conversation) and observation methods to define behavior peculiarities of cadets' with different self-appraisal levels and to study modern practice on cadets' self-appraisal formation in the higher military educational establishments conditions; pedagogical experiment for testing the main pedagogical ways and conditions of cadets' self-appraisal formation effectiveness in the higher military educational establishments while teaching foreign language; statistic methods of the gained results estimation and qualitative dependence between investigated phenomena definition. Theoretical and practical rezults - essence and content of cadets' self-appraisal formation in the higher military educational establishments have been clarified; criteria and indices of cadets' self-appraisal formation effectiveness in teaching process have been defined and substantiated; main pedagogical ways and conditions of cadets' self-appraisal formation in the higher military educational establishments while teaching foreign language have been defined and tested experimentaly for the first time; methodical recommendations on cadets' adequate self-appraisal formation in the higher military educational establishments teaching process have been worked out. Introduction novelty - the main pedagogical ways of cadets' self-appraisal formation in the higher military educational establishments while teaching foreign language such as: humane relationships improvement between the pedagogical process subjects, cadets self-sufficiency and initiative development, creation of the success situation and cadets' estimated judgements stimulation have been investigated and tested experimentaly for the first time in this work. Introduction degree - the research results have been utilized in teaching process of the National Border Guard Academy of Ukraine named after B. Khmelnitskiy, Military engineer institute of Podillya state agrarian technical Academy and Technological University of Podillya. Utilization sphere (branch) - teaching process of the higher military educational establishments.
