Yeskina H. The formation of youth value orientations by means of amateur theater.

The thesis is devoted to the problem dealing with determining the way and creating the pedagogical conditions in effective formation of youth value orientations by means of amateur theater on the basis of tradition. The scientific substantiation of the purposive formation of youth value orientations by means of amateur theater has been provided on the grounds of theoretical analysis of philosophical, culturological, psychological and pedagogical sources, synthesis of practical experience, taking into comprehensive consideration the social, artistic and creative potential of the amateur theater within the vital activities of young amateurs. At the stage of establishing experiment, it has been proved that the existing amateur theater practice activates it's influence onto creative and educative activity of its participants without taking actiological direction in organization of cultural and educational activities for youth; non-adequacy in correlation of different activities oriented at efficient development of young amateurs' individual dispositions into proper consideration. The profound comprehension of humanistic, social, moral, artistic and national values of theater art and transformation of its achievements into subjective contents and self-determiners of youth personal life are regarded as criteria and stage determination of formation of young theater amateurs value orientations. The methods of formation of youth value orientations has been based on practically tested programme of pedagogical supervision of this process, and included collective and individual approaches towards the development of amateurs potential creative abilities on the grounds of values-oriented cultural and educative activities in theater group. The following regularities have been determined in the research: - the evolution of the collective will strengthen the social solemnity of amateurs' activity purpose, its range will expand, the efficiency of each participant's self-realization will increase; - amateur theater activitywill influence in a progressive way onto the youth' worlds outlook, understanding the global humanistic essence of this genre, its meaning for the dynamic characteristic properties and creative abilities, formation of artistic knowledge, practical skills on the basis of specified communication within the various genres of dramatic art, in particular - national traditions of the Ukrainian folk theater. The formulated scientific and methodological propositions may be used in educational process of the vocational and high schools of culture and arts, the institutions for raising the level of stage directors - teachers skills, for creating manuals and programmes on culturological education.
