Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the problem of management of international project activities in a general educational institution (according to the Law of Ukraine "On Education" of September 5, 2017 ‒ a general secondary education institution). The scientific approaches to the essence of the basic concepts of research, definition of the maintenance, forms and methods of management of the international project activity in establishments of general secondary education are analyzed; the criterion analysis of organizational and pedagogical conditions of management of the international project activity is carried out, their efficiency is investigated. The theoretical analysis of the international project activity as an actual problem of positioning of general secondary education institutions in the modern educational space is carried out in the work. Theoretical aspects of management of international project activity in the conditions of the new Ukrainian school are revealed. A wide range of meanings and interpretations of the project method in the scientific literature is highlighted. It is emphasized that the introduction of project activities in educational institutions changes the approaches to teaching, education and helps to find effective ways to manage the educational institution as a whole. The model of management of the international project activity in ZZSO is developed, theoretically substantiated and experimentally checked. Methodical recommendations on the use of organizational and pedagogical conditions for the management of international project activities in general secondary education institutions have been prepared.
