Thesis for a Candidate Degree in Pedagogical Sciences in the speciality 13.00.06 «Theories and principles of education management». – State institution of higher education «University of education management» of National academy of pedagogical sciences of Ukraine, Kyiv, 2021. This thesis presents theoretical and investigational study of the problem of the public-state management development system in general secondary educational institution. The study analyzed the development status of this problem in science and practice. The criteria of effectiveness of the system of public-state management of the general secondary educational institution are determined and specified. The model of the public-state management development system and technology of management of general secondary educational institution on the public-state basis are developed and experimentally-verified. The structural components of the model have been characterized, the criteria of effectiveness of the public-state system and the levels of its development have been established. Methodical recommendations on introducing the model of the public-state management system in the general secondary educational institution have been developed.
