Essay

The paper scientifically justifies, experimentally proves, and implements the model of informatization of educational process planning management at a higher educational establishment for the first time. The thesis determines the importance of informatization of the educational process and the educational system. It analyzes methods of implementing a university’s educational process management system through informatization of the educational process at a higher educational establishment. In the course of informatization of educational process planning management at a higher educational establishment. Fundamentally new content is ascribed to managerial activities, namely numerous routine operations in management activities rely on computer technologies, which saves time for creative activities, individual work, fosters professional development and justifies significant tangible and other costs. The paper scientifically justifies, experimentally proves, and implements the model of informatization of educational process planning management at a higher educational establishment. The model consists of target-oriented, theoretical and methodological, substantive, technological, and evaluation-effective structural components. The objectives of the model are managerial activities automatization using IT, alignment of documents in planning, formation of professional, informational, and communicational competences of academic staff. The development of the model takes into account scientific, integral, reproducible, tangible, consistent, social-determined, complex, goal-accordant, legal priority and legality general principles as well as principles of adequacy, sufficiency, completeness, openness and feedback presented in the theoretical and methodological component. The technology of implementing the informatization model for the educational process planning management at a higher educational establishment has been developed. Based on the results of the model implementation, the paper carries out the experiment results analysis, provides a comparative analysis of ascertaining and control assessment according to all criteria of respondents division in control and experimental groups due to the formation and usage level of informatization of the educational process planning management at a higher educational establishment. The formative experiment results have confirmed the positive dynamics of the formation and usage level of informatization of the educational process planning management at a higher educational establishment which has been proved by the statistical Pearson criterion . Thus, the experimental data are statistically significant. The scientific paper proves the effectiveness of implementing the technology and the model of informatization of educational process planning management at higher educational establishments based on the empirical data analysis results.
