Essay

Thesis is devoted to the substantiation of the methodological foundations of the formation and development of the organizational culture of institutions of general secondary education and the development of methods for managing this process. The paper describes the state of elaboration of the problem in domestic and foreign discourse, developed and theoretically substantiated a model of the content of the organizational culture of an educational institution, a conceptual model of development management and a factor-criterion model of the effectiveness of management of the development of organizational culture. The conditions, criteria and indicators of the levels of formation of organizational culture, the content of management activities for the development of organizational culture have been determined; the terminological apparatus has been improved. The model for managing the development of organizational culture and its effectiveness have been experimentally tested.
