The author is defending the results of the research, that have been achieved in the process of analyses of the universality degree of synergetic laws' action in the open, non-linear systems of different ontological origin in general and in educational systems specifically. It is grounded the legitimacy and necessity of these laws application in the analysis of modelling of educational systems' transformation in a context of synergetic paradigm. It is underlined the necessity of synergetic conformity of self-organizing and social organization in the transformation of educational systems as the subsystems of the National education system.
