Research subjects: 130 patients with asthma bronchial (BA) and 40 persons for control. Research objectives: to consider the clinic tendentious between degree of BA and automatism, conduction, rhythm, haemodinamics in heart and myocardial function. Methods: universally complex clinic instrumental ex-amination methods investigation of patients with BA, standard 12-chanals ECG, monitoring by Holter, echo-cardioscopy and Dpplerometry, mathematic methods. Theoretical and practical results and novelty of introduced: By Holter's monitoring, heart arrhythmias were appeared in 75,4%. The quantity of diagnosed disorders has depended on duration and degree of basic disease. The volumes of chambers of heart, thickness it of walls, diameters of turnpike vessels and morphology of valves were determined. The functional condition of a left-hand ventricular was evaluated. The level of sys-tolic pressure has made 47,8 mm Hg an item on the average. The increase of the right chambers of heart is diagnosed. Paid on itselfattention increase of a vena cava inferior diameter and infringement of fall on a breath. Systolic function left ventricular break at the patients consist in decrease certainly - diastolic, shock volume, and also fraction of emission, that was increase, that testifies to infringement diastolic of a relaxation. The thickening of the interventricular partition in 1,2 times, paradoxical movement at 12 patients from group heavy persistent asthma is revealed. The revealed attributes of reduction of contractile abiity of left ventricular myocardium and absence him hy-pertrophy probably, are connected from him dystrophy and are marked at bronchial asthma by us for the first time. Implementation degree: articles, thesis', installation in teaching for higher educate customs. Effect: improvement of diagnostic; promotion results of treatment of patients, improvement late results of treatment. Sphere, sector of implementation: medicine.
