Essay

The dissertation is devoted to revealing of presence antifibrillatory effect of vasothrophic and analgetic remedies. Pentoxyphyllin, Dipyridamol, Nicergolin, Aspisol (А), Bensofurocain (В), Tramadol (Т) show antifibrillatory properties. Antifibrillatory effect of A, B, T at postischemic reperfusion of coronary artery at anesthetized cats exceeds similar Amiodaron action in 1,8 times. Thus T in the greater degree warns mitochondria damage, A - keeps structure of a nucleus, B - considerably expands T-system channels of sarcoplasmic reticulum.
