Parfanovych I. Organizational and pedagogical bases of upbringing of juveniles on probation.

The object : the process of education of the adults who are given the suspended sentence. The purpose: the groundwork and theoretical substantiation's, based on the experimental check-up of the organized pedago-gical bias of the process directed to educate the adults. The methods: Theoretical, Empiri-cal, statistical; the pedagogical experiment. Results: is determined by the groundwork of the optimized con-tent, form and met-hods of the educational process with the adults given a suspended sentence, the enlighten-ment of the pedago-gically grounded biases of the joint work of services directed to adults of all the partici-pants of the educa-tional process; mechanisms were carefully worked out, which grow inevitable for the indication of the level of adult's correction.
