Essay

The object- Biogene migration of mercury combinations in soil - water - forage - sheep organism system. Aim - mercury migration biogene state estimation in soil - water - forage - sheep organism system, determination of role of animal organism in biotransformation mercury and methods development for her guiding out of organism. Methods - method of flameless nuclear absorption, hematological, biochemical, statistic. The results of the investigation - The new data about the number of mercury combinations in biosphere components are obtained. It is ascertained that mercury mixed up with forages and water can be cumulated in sheep organs and tissues affecting the quality of animal products. On the basis of the carried-out researches the role of separate parts (forage, water, animal organism, excrements) in biogene migration of mercury combinations of general mercury is cleared up. The coefficient of biotransformation of mercury from the foreges and water to sheeps' organism with the period of their rearing that is for a year, has been determined. Pectincontaining preparation made on the basis of wine-making industry wastes was approbated right on the farms. The preparation provides a high efficiency of removing mercury combinations from animals' organism and positive affect on morphological and biochemical parameters of blood as well as the increase of a live weight of young sheep animals.
