Shapoval O. Search and pharmacological studying of new nonnarcotic analgetic - the benzoic acid derivative

The results of pharmacological screening of 17 benzoic acid derivatives were presented in this work. These results allowed to evaluate of analgetic, antiexudative, antioxidant activity and acute toxicity of the benzoic acid derivatives. The 17 derivatives of benzoic acid are perspective nonnarcotic analgetics and 6 compounds are perspective nonnarcotic analgetics and nonsteroidal antiinflammatory agents. Comparative analysis of pharmacological activity and "structure-action" dependence in the row of benzoic acid derivation allowed give back the preference of 2,4-dichlorbenzoas of potassium. This compound has simple and ecological clear synthesis, considerable way out of substance - 75%. The drug on basic this compound was called "Analben" and appeared the object of further research. The results of researches, which characterized of acute toxicity, pharmacodi-namic, mechanisms of analgetic action and lexicological properties of new drug and bear witness, that Analben is a new native supereffective drugfrom group ofNNA and NSAIDS. It has low toxicity, strong analgetic, anti-inflammatory, antipyretic and anti-oxidant properties.
