Essay

Was shown that decrease of level of pain is result of experimental neurotic status. In such condition, the ketorolak and diklophenak-sodium increased their antinociceptive activity by depression of reticular formation and increase activity of dorsal hippocampus. At the same time, both analgin and aspirin not change activity, but ketoprophen decrease it by depression of frontal neocortex and activation of dorsal hippocampus.
