The dissertation is devoted to studying of influence the pentoxifylline on character of appearance and dynamics of development of the basic parts of patogenesys of crush-syndrome. In experiment it is shown, that initiary, introperitonium introduction of the preparation in a special developed dose mode (123-57 mg/kg) before the beginning of the decompression of back finitenesses provides expressed protectoring effect.
