Essay

The dissertation is devoted to study of professional selection in higher educational institutions of Ministry of Internal Affairs system. The purpose of research consists in theoretical development and experimental substantiation of the efficiency of a complex technique of psychological maintenance of profes-sional selection of the entrants in high schools of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. In the work were used: the system-theoretical analysis of a condition of a problem on the basis of study of the literature on psychology, and also special literature; supervision, method of conversation, interrogation; methods of analysis of professional activity, expert estimations; the complex of psycho-diagnostics methods of study and estimation of structure of professional qualities of the person. In the work is allocated and proved the complex of the requirements to the person of the can-didate on training in high school of the Ministry of Internal Af-fairs, the parameters of psychological suitability are defined. The offered and experimentally proved new complex technique of an estimation of a level of forming of structure of professional qualities of the candidates on training in high school of Ministry of Internal Affairs can be included in practice of professional selection of the entrants in high schools of Ministry of Internal Affairs. The developed mathematical model of prognosis estimation of suitability to training in high school will allow psychological services of lawenforcement bodies to define dependence of effi-ciency of mastering by a trade from a level of development of system of professional qualities of the entrants.
