The dissertation is devoted to the development of methods genetic and gene - engineering designing strain S. peucetius - production daunorubicin (DNR) and doxorubicin (DXR). The object of the investigation strains S. peucetius subsp. caesius ATCC 27952 and S. peucetius ATCC 29050. In this work there were used genetic, microbiological, biochemical and molecular-biological methods.The increased production DXR among НГ- induction CMLr- and DXRr - mutants, and DNR and DXR among DNRr-mutants is shown. The mutants with the increased level of synthesis anthracycline and torn down glucose reprisal were received. It is determined the DNRr - mutants strain 27952-2 (with the increased synthesis DXR) and received transformants 27952-2 pIJ486+, S. lividans TK24 pIJ486+ (carry the genes С14-hydroxilaze - cpx and dnr - the transcription activator) form DXR with added DNR. In 27952-2 pIJ486+increase total synthesis anthracyclines, DNR and DXR. The pozitive resolutely of give of the patent was received on the developedmethod of reception strain S. peucetius subsp. caesius ACC 27952 with the increased synthesis DXR and ability to transformation DNR in DXR. Area of application - microbiological and farmacevtic industry.
