Essay

The Master's thesis is devoted to problems of Theory and Practice of informatization government system, educational process in General educational establishments. The new approaches to organization and content of administrative activity of Heads of General educational establishments are developed in the Master's thesis government by methods of adoption the system of informatic government lich based on using informational technologies. It is proved that adoption the system of informatic government by educational process is one of the model of informatic technologies of government. It gives possibility to increase the quality, accessibility and effectiveness of education. The tendencies of informational technologies developing are discovered and they are put to basis of conceptions creating model of their functionless.
