Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the fond of the effective angioprotective drug. The purpose: experimental researches of angioprotective activity of cytomedine from the vascular wall - Fraction of peptides of aorta at en experimental atheroartheriosclerosis and autoimmune vasculitis . Methods of research: pharmacological, biochemical, hystological, hematological, immunological. Theoretical results: is proved, that Fraction of peptides of aorta has high angioprotective activity: it's renew elastical structures, eliminated the damages of base substantio and cellular components of aorta's wall, and it aiso regulates the peroxidation and lipids desorders . Sphere of usage: pharmacology, cardiology, angiology.
