Essay

Dissertation deals with the working out of a new approach directed to the quality improvement of the duodenal ulcer area scarring and decreasing of the indometacine ulcerating by using vinboron- a new home produced spasmolytic drug with polytropic pharmacological properties. In the experiments on rats it was determined that under the influence of vinboron scarring of gastric and duodenal ulcers unlike ranitidine results in restitution of mucous membrane without any sings of inflammatory reaction at the end of treatment. Vinboron causing a rather pronounced anesthetic effect. Including of vinboron (40mg, 3 times per day) in complex therapy of the patients with rheumatoid arthritis essentially dicreases both subjective and objective sings of indometacine gastropathy.
