Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the therapeutical effectiveness of medicine of caleflon on different models ulceral gastroduodenal lesions and complex treatment patients with ulcer disease. The preventive input of caleflon in rats stabilizes the oxydant-antioxydant system, decreases the development of ulcers in mucosa membrane of stomach. The therapeutic input of caleflon medicine activates microcirculation and regeneration in damaged tissues. Using of caleflon in combination with basis therapy in treatment of ulcer disease speeds up the regress of clinical symptoms and restores ulcers in more short periods. The using area is medicine.
