Scientific novelty: for the first time there was studied the of the fibrinolisis system in pathogenesis of aseptic, terpentinic, acute and chronic purulent inflammation. The indixes of haemostasis and fibrinolisis systems there were studied for the first time in cattle depending on the kind of microorganism found in the sourse of inflammation. There were obtained the data as to content of general protein, immunoglobulins, facocitic activity, neuthrophile index, acid and alkaline phosphatase activity, fibrinogen and its degradation products, fibrinase and fibrinolitic activity.
