Essay

The dissertation deals with experimental grounding of the thiotriasoline use in case of a prolonged compression trauma. The experiment has proved that the highest protective activity of thiotriasoline is achieved at the dose of 117,4 mg per kg.The base of this medication protective effect is constituted by its ability to prevent the formation of membranopathy in case of crush-syndrome. It is manifested by lowering the level of the product of all stages of cell membrane phospholipids degradation simultaneously with preventing the drop of activity and contents of the antioxidation system components in all cerebral formations being studied and keeping up the fund of the cAMP secondary messenger and brain cortex.
