Object-clinically healthy and sick large horned livestock with experimental and casual infected wounds; methods-clinical, morphological, biochemical, immunological, microbiological, cytological, planimetric, histological; scientific novelty-for the first time in domestic veterinary medicine it is received the data concerning influence phytosorbent of echinacea purple on agents of a purulent surgical infection, morphologic-biochemical parameters of blood and parameters of nonspecific resistance of an organism of large horned livestock, and also on current reparation processes in infected wounds in large horned livestock; it is developed and introduced into production new pathogenetic, economic method of treatment of infected wounds at large horned livestock with application phytosorbent of echinacea purple; branch - veterinary medicine, the Ministry of an agrarian policy, veterinary medical clinics and the organizations.
