Essay

. The object of research: clinically healthy horses with the sings of experimental aseptic arthritis; the purpose of research: the study of age changes of nonspecific resistance indices in clinically healthy horses on the results of study of sinovia and blood indices. The role of the indexes in aseptic arthritis pathogenesis and developing on this base of effective, pathogenically substantiated treatment methods; methods of research: clinical, morphological (erythrocyte, leukocyte, leucogramma, sinoviocitogramma), biochemical (the activity of acid and alkaline phosphates), general and C-reactive protein, hemostatic factor, factor XIII) immunological (BCAB, LABS, TUB, FAN, immunoglobulins); scientific novelty of work: for the first time there was studied the age dynamics of nonspecific resistance factor in clinically healthy horses of week to 24 mounts of age using the data on blood and synovial fluid (leuco- and sinoviocitogrammas, FAN of blood and synovial fluid, general protein, general immynoglobulins, AF, alkaline phosphates, BCAB, LAJB, TUB of blood and sinovia, C-reactive protein, hemostatic factor, factor XIII, the content of CIC) and the changes of the named factors during the course of experimental aseptical arthritis in horses; it is offered: pathogenically substantiated methods of treatment of animals with aseptically arthritis using intrajoint injection: a) 2% solutions of Tiotriazoline on 15% solution Polivinilpirolidone with addition of 0.5 g of Levomicetine; b) Dexamethasone with 0.5% solution jf Novocaine and 0.5 g of Levomicetine; is introduced: the data is used for lecturing and practical training of veterinary surgery on the department of veterinary medicine in Poltava, Bila Tserkva, Charkiv and Lugansk; branch of application: veterinary medicine; field of application: Veterinary Medicine.
