The object is different ages drone larves (DL), propolis (P), apiaditives (AA) from them; the aims is an estimation аntioxidant, аntibacterial, merchandise characteristics of the AA from P and their using for increase the terms of a storage the AA from DL; the methods are chemical, spectro scopic, microbiological, biochemical; the fields is established, that using the AA from P at manufacturing the AA from DL (in the form of a powder and paste) increases terms of their storage in 2…4 times; results is inculcate the new AA and products with them in industrial conditions; intro duction is economic and social; areas of a food-processing industry.
