The dissertation is dedicated to clinico-experimental basing of expediency of the combined use of Tiotriazolin and Мagne-В6 under the treat of pregnancy interrup tion in primiparas at a mature age. The possibility of Magne-B6 to oppress the contractile ability of myometrium of the nonpregnant rats and pregnant animals of the middle, and especially late reproductive age, against a background of effect of oxytocin and prostaglandins E2, F2? was determined in trials on models. Pharmacotherapy of the treat of pregnancy interruption in aged primiparas by means of Tiotriazolin and Magne-B6 promotes recovery of the stage of hormonal function of the fetoplacental complex in all terms of gestation with simultaneous oppression of intensity of the peroxide-oxidation of lipids processes against a background of restoration of antioxidative body protection system.
