Essay

The scientific approach to guaranteeing of service quality by means of management projects inculcation in production processes on the base of their optimization is developed in the thesis. A model of the production development in the car services is developed using process analysis approach. The model takes into account the modern principles of the quality management including an orientation toward a customer, leadership, recruitment of the workers, systems approach to management, permanent quality improvement, mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers, and taking a decision on the base of facts. The tasks, which were put and solved, are: a structure of the variable internal and external factors of an effective functioning of the car service enterprises is proposed; a technical and economical estimation method of an internal effectiveness of the car service enterprises work is developed, and the profit is used as a criterion in this method; an estimation system of production activity of the carservice enterprises is developed, that allows to ground the orders receipt sequence and a service strategy; a structure of the car service enterprises of the optimum production power in an assignment of services is defined; a graphic method for estimation of the control system effectiveness of the service quality is proposed; a method for the formation of the car service enterprise staff and for an estimation of the economic effectiveness from realization of this method is developed. The results obtained in this research have a level of concrete propositions concerning procedures of the organization and management. The results were introduced in the production, and their effectiveness, actuality and significance for the car service enterprise system were confirmed.
