Essay

This dissertation is dedicated to the experimental study of paroxysmal activity in the central nervous system (CNS) in the presence of ligands of inhibitory mediatory system by employment of different models. The parameters and characteristics of the dynamics of activity of epileptic complexes, formed by making use to unverse agonists of different subunits of GABAA and glycine receptors were determined. The comparative analysis of anticonvulsive activity of direct agonists of GABAA receptors, such as phenazepham, natrium barbital and ethanol were conducted. Presence of two phases (anticonvulsive and proconvulsive) in the ethanol's action was carry out. This method was proposed as a model of acute alcohol absistent syndrome in experiment. Hypothesis about irreversibility of the processes of transduction of the amount (mass) of drug, directly applied into the biological phase it's activity was substantiated and experimentally confirmed. The dynamic of minimal effective doses (MED) of pentilentetrazole, pictoroxine, bemegride and strychnine by intravenous (intramuscular) injection of phenazepham, natrium barbital and ethanol were investigated.
