The thesis is devoted to study of pharmacokinetics of synthesized class of biologically active substances (BАS) - coordinated compounds of Germanium with bioligands - nicotinic and succinic acids (MIGU-1 and 3) and nicotinamids (MIGU-2). Kinetics scheme of distributions of compounds were determinate, the pharmacokinetics parameters were calculated. The compounds absorbed and penetrated in the tissues rapidly, did not cumulated. The peak of concentration of MIGU- 1 and 2 was determined in 1-2 h after introduction, and 15 min for MIGU-3. The highest concentration of compounds in the liver and the kidneys was determinate. All compounds were eliminated mainly with urine. The half period an elimination was amounted 20, 18 and 19 h and the summarized accumulation in excrement - 82% for MIGU-1, 85% for MIGU-2 and 90 % for MIGU-3. The pharmacokinetics characteristics studied of BАS testify against availability further inquiry their pharmacodynamics, ascertainment of mechanism action and application to medicalpractice.
