The dissertation is devoted to study of pharmacokinetics of news synthesized biological active substances - threecompound coordinate connections germanium's oxyetilidendiphosphonate with nicotinic acid (MIGU-4), nicotinamid (MIGU-5) and magnesia (MIGU-6). Kinetics processes in rats' organs and tissues studied by germanium. The new method of definition of germanium microquantity in biological objects is developed. Pharmacokinetics constants are designed within the framework of compartment models. Investigated BAS are well absorb through cells' membrane. The biggest period of halfexcretion from rats' bodies is for MIGU-4 (19,64 h), for MIGU-5 (14,72 h), the researched complexes are not inclined to cumulate.The researching results of pharmacokinetics' parameters of synthesized BAS opens prospect of the further study рharmacodynamics, development of the adequate medicinal forms and introduction in medical practice.
