The object: the theoretical principles of the activities of school providing general education of Ukraine in 20-30-s of the XX ct.; the aim: the analysis of the process of the for-mation and development of the Ukraine's theory of the in-ternal school management in 20-30-s of the XX ct.; the methods: the content-analysis, scientific-metric, conceptual-terminological; the novelty: the system of the criterions for the analysis and the estimation of the development of the theory of the internal school management was based for the first time, the subsequent development of the criterion-complex approach to the analysis of the historical-peda-gogical appearances; the peculiarities of the ideas of the scientists of the 20-30-s of the XX ct. about essence, sub-stance, ways, structure of the internal school management were systematized for the first time; the results can be used for the study of the other periods of the development of the science and preparation of the schools' head masters; the field - the general pedagogics.
