The thesis is dedicated to problem of practical medicine - analysis of a spectrum of exciters of purulent - septic diseases for children and consist new, highly effective approaches for definition antibiotic resistance of pathogens. On the basis of the PCR the correlation between definite sites DNA and antibiotic resistance of microorganisms is established. The obtained data confirm, that the resistance to investigated antibiotics for Golden and Epidermal staphylococcuses has polygenic nature. The cumulative genetical information on protective systems from anti-infectives, is specific to microorganisms. On the basis of PCR analysis the new approaches to antibacterial therapy are designed at purulent - septic diseases leading to considerable reduction a procedures guard rope of antibiotics, authentic increase of efficiency of spent intensive antibacterial therapy.
