The dissertation is dedicated to a question of the theory and practice of upbringing of the senior teenagers’ humanistic ideal. In work the essence and structure of the senior teenagers’ humanistic ideal is opened from positions of humanity-focused approach; the model of the senior teenagers’ humanistic ideal is scientifically proved; the psychology-pedagogical conditions at which the efficiency of functioning of the designated model in upbringing process is provided are revealed; the technique of diagnosing of displays of the senior teenagers’ humanistic ideal on intellectual, emotional and behaviour criterions is developed;humanity focused technologies of upbringing of the senior teenagers’ humanistic ideal in out-of-class activity and methodical recommendations for the class chiefs on their introduction are developed.
