The dissertation is devoted to studying of influence of foridon and fenigidin tablets, covered by an environment, on clinical current, gemodynamical parameters,features of peroxide oxidation of lipids in conditions of an ischemia of a myocardium. The purpose of the work was optimization of the mentioned medicine for treatment of patients with ischemic heart disease (stenocardia of a pressure II-III, a functional class) and hypertonic illness of the II-III stage.
