Essay

Nature changes of activity of enzymes - markers of damage hepatocytes, a functional condition, an exchange of carbohydrates, processes lipid peroxidation and antioxiddant protection of a liver of animals at sharp stress. The purpose - experimentally to prove expediency of application neurotropic drags for preventive damages of a liver in acute stress. Methods of research - pharmacological, biochemical, functional, methods of mathematical statistics and the system analysis. Theoretical results: preventive efficiency piracetam and mexidol is proved at damages of a liver in stress. Sphere of usage: pharmacology, therapy, neurology.
