Essay

Object of the research - pedagogical heritage of A.Makarenko. The aim of the research - determination of mechanisms of personally orientated approach to the upbringing in the pedagogical heritage of A.Makarenko as the main instruments of realization of personally orientated approach in modern pedagogic. Methods of the research. The following methods were used in the process of the research: theoretical, historic-pedagogical and system; chronological and retrospective; methods of comparatively-historical analyses, method of generalization and systematization of the facts and data obtained, method of system-structural analyses. Theoretical and practical results are in the fact that conclusions and conditions formulated in the result of our research, give us new pedagogical instruments to form personally orientated approach in the upbringing. The materials of the research may be used for preparation of the textbooks on pedagogic, history of pedagogic, during special seminars, in the process of teaching special courses of the pedagogical subjects in the system of higher pedagogical education, post-diploma education of pedagogues. The novelty of the results: 1. Pedagogical heritage of A.Makarenko is analyzed from the point of view of personally orientated approach to the upbringing. 2. The conditions created by the collective body for the development and self-realization of the personality are determined. 3. The traits of personally orientated approach in the pedagogical heritage of A.Makarenko defined. 4. The pedagogical positions of a teacher which promote to realize personally orientated approach are distinguished. 5. The process of usage of A.Makarenko’s pedagogical ideas in modern pedagogical theory and practice is shown. 6. Unknown and badly-known archive materials are introduced into the use of science. The level of application. is in the higher pedagogical institutions aiming to optimize the process of formation of technology of personally orientated approach to the upbringing.
