The object: the process of of the integrative education activity of the social-pedagogical workers with the collective of the pupils of differents age; the goal: to ground in theory and to prove experimentally the social-pedagogical conditions of the integrative education activity with the collective of the pupils of differents age; the methods: literature analysis, modeling, questionnaire; the novelty: it also defines the activity as the condition for the work in the micrososiety.
