In the work there was investigated the effectiveness of present and perspective methods and ways of defence of fuel systems of aircrafts from the negative influence of presence of free water in the tanks - caissons under the operating. There has been carried out the analysis and formalized regularities of the process of coming, accumulation and redistribution between separate possible condition of the free moisture in tanks - caissons of the aircrafts in the process of their exploitation. There was investigated experimentally the kinetics of moistening in the tanks of aircrafts in normal and extreme conditions of exploitation, was determined quantitatively the balance of a moisture between the phase conditions. There were investigated the characteristics of water-fuel emulsions, formed as a result of hydro-mechanical processes in the fuel systems of modern aircrafts. There was determined the dispersion of a mass transfer, a deposition and influence of emulsions on functional of aggregates are established a dispersion of emulsions, the regularity of mass exchange, falling out and influence of emulsions on the efficiency of aggregates. The was worked out the mathematical model of secretion and accumulation of free water in tanks in form of polynom of the second-order which allows to foresee accumulation of a moisture in the tanks and to correct the process of technical and flying exploitation of the aircraft on the basis of calculated data.
