The Object of research - an operation market labor in Ukraine. The Purpose of research - a theoretical motivation and development methodical recommendation, directed on increasing of efficiency of the regulation market labor in Ukraine on base of the marketing strategy. The Methods of research - theoretical and methodological base of dissertations studies are a positions to economic theory, scientific works domestic and foreign specialist in sphere of the problems market labor, marketing, sociologies, government regulation of the economy, philosophical principles of the cognition, dialectical, logical and system approach to their consideration. The Theoretical result - an introduction result will allow to improve the principles and methods of the regulation market labor, provide the complex approach to marketing control on macro-, mezo- and microlevel, will render the assistance to increasing quality given services middlemen's and can be used at development national and regional normative acts and programs of the assistance to employment of the population. Applied value - an improvement of the process of the regulation market labor on base of the use to marketing information, creation on this base united database, categorization social-economic risk and social-economic strategy mercenary workman on the market of the labor, determinations adjusting action management body and directions of the development of the State service to employment in Ukraine, mechanism of the tracing the processes on the market of the labor at interaction subject market of the miscellaneous level, methods of the study market labor management body, methods of the study market labor with positions of need and possibilities mercenary workman and employers, marketing model on the market of the labor. Scientific novelty - for the first time: is designed categorization social-economic risk subject market of the labor with use result content-analysis statistical data and speakers of the public opinion, enabling prevent their origin at conclusion of the agreements between subject market labor; the methodical approach is offered to study market labor with positions of the estimation of the correlation of need and possibilities mercenary workman and requirements of the employers on base of the shaping the matrixes vacancy and competitors worker place, giving possibility of the maximum satisfaction of requirements both sides; have got the most further development: marketing strategies for goods "workers force", taking into account particularities market labor and allowing define the facility of the improvement of its regulation; the strategic directions to marketing activity subject market of the labor (the state, employers, middlemen's), under different correlations of the supply and demand on labor, which enable to provide the correspondence to their activity trend developments this market; it is advanced: social typology-economic strategy mercenary workman on parameter of the correlation of the expresses of the labor and result that creates the reason for analysis and forecasting's target landmark populations in sphere of employment.
