The thesis considers the problem of actual influence of Tatar community in Ukraine cultural and educational activity on forming young schoolchildren's interest to national culture. The theoretical analysis of scientific literature has been done; the essence of definitions "national culture", "interest", "interest to national culture" has been cleared in its terminological field, the place and role of cultural and educational activity of Tatar community in modern environment are defined and its significance for forming of young schoolchildren's interest to national culture is proved. The author has calibrated and experimentally approbated, and introduced into the practice of culturology institutions of Tatar community forming methods of young schoolchildren's interest to their national culture by means of cultural and educational activity and the efficiency of the research has been confirmed. In the research the complex of creative qualities of the person within the structure of cultural and pedagogicalactivity is determined: values-oriented, motivational and cognitive, information-oriented, research, communicative, emotional and willed, artistic and creative. Due to results of stating experiment the most characteristic defects in the forming of interest to national culture at young schoolchildren are determined. Three levels in the forming of young schoolchildren's interest to national culture by means of cultural and educational activity of Tatar community (high, middle, low) are determined and characterized. The analysis of the research results has shown positive modifications in the forming of young schoolchildren's interest to national culture in the experimental groups of children and their increased interest to cultural inheritance of Tatar people. The efficiency of the research in the circumstances of done experiment was also defined by qualitive indices. To the qualitive indices changes in positive spectrum in forming of young schoolchildren's interest to national culture with definite indicationswere referred: · national tendency; · interest width (different aspects range of cultural gains); · interest depth (interest implanting into the motivation necessity sphere); · interest stability (actual permanent significance of the object - stimulus); · interest strength (diligence of emotional-tough rush). The level of esthetic attitude, reality learning by young schoolchildren depends on contents informing and presence of their definite knowledge in the field of their national culture. The main significance was given to deep understanding and penetration into the contents of art works, ability to make comparison and confrontation, to draw an analogy with other works, to estimate their feelings and emotions, to show their understanding of cultural patterns they were acquainted with. Activization in the cultural andeducational activity showed itself in every young schoolchild's taking part in the forms of its organization. It intensively influenced on all the criteria of motivation guiding lines in educatuional and brining up spheres in mastering native Tatar language in Sunday school "Tatar tele", in art creative groups (vocal-instrumental, dance), in mass measures of Tatar cultural centers in Ukraine and also in state and public organizations that have strong ties with tatar cultural seats. Very important was also determination of the displaying level of Tatar community young schoolchildren's interest in informing, cognitive, communicative, values-oriented, artistic and creative activity that in its integrity, interaction and interdependence are integral system creativity stimulus of young schoolchildren's interest to national culture activization. The analysis of the scientific literature gives reasons to state thatethnocultural approach is necessary part of modern researches of cultural processes as a whole. On the base of generalization of different approaches towards definition of national culture, the last one in the contents of the given research is defined as the whole complex of the peculiar to definite ethnos spiritual and material, intellectual and emotional indications which show themselves in mentality, system of values, traditions and beliefs, art, way of life. It has also been noted that national culture is a multifunctional subject of research and when it is studied the main role is plaed by research of such phenomena as „national conscious", „national identity", „mentality" and „national character". It is also very significant for this research the following statement. National culture is a nucleous of ethnic association that consolidates the community and due to realizing of tradition functions provides it with ethnocultural originality. A special meaning is given to the language as a part of national culture, family breeding and religion. The number of scientists underline that national culture is an integrate factor of ethnos being, it is an instrument of cultural selfconsciousness and national conscious forming. The research proved the experimental metidology had effective findings on encreasing dynamicy of level forming at young schoolchildren's interest to national culture in conditions of cultural and educational activity of Tatar community in Ukraine. On the basis of the executed research the conclusions are made.
