Object of research - processes of development of social - labour partnership in conditions of socio economic transformations in Ukraine. The purpose of research - development of methodological and methodical bases of development of social - labour partnership, its complex analysis and definition of directions of improvement as important lever of the social - labour relations in Ukraine. Methods: the research was based on use of such methods: the system approach - for study of communications between the phenomena and processes of development of social - labour partnership; the statistical analysis - for definition of changes, structure of development of social - labour partnership; comparative - for comparison of features of global and Ukrainian experience of construction of social - labour partnership; dialectic - for consideration of processes of social - labour partnership in their interrelation and development, unity and struggle of contrasts. Theoretical result - the Scientific results of researchmake a basis of scientific situations and conclusions for formation of state economic politics in the field of the social - labour relations and social - labour partnership. The applied value of the received results is, that they are for acceptance of the administrative decisions at realization of nation-wide, regional and branch measures of social - labour partnership in Ukraine. Scientific novelty: has received the further development a theoretical substantiation of essence of a category the social - labour relations, which, as against existing definitions, characterizes them in unities of economic and social aspects of interaction of the subjects of these relations; Concepts " social - labour partnership " for the first time are offered and its essence is proved which, as against the existing approaches, identifies the relation in sphere of job and permits to consider it in a complex of the intrinsic characteristics of the subjects, purposes, principles and forms of interaction; is determined, is complemented and the principles of social - labour partnership are systematized depending on a level of its distribution and sphere of application, which has solved to concretize tasks of all levels of management of development of the social - labour relations; is analysed and the conditions, specific to Ukraines, of formation and development of social - labour partnership are systematized and the major factors of interests of its subjects are determined; Is methodologicalally proved and the system of parameters of a condition and of development of social - labour partnership is offered which, as against existing, covers a complex of its important characteristics (assistance of development of manufacture and maintenance of productive employment, level of payment of job and incomes, condition of job and rest, social protection and satisfaction of spiritual needs, organizational level of social partnership); for the first time is developed and the methodical approach to an integrated estimation of development of social- labour partnership is realized, which essentially new element is the adaptation of a method average of the entrance data with granting of the certain advantage by the separate data, with which help the types of regions behind a level of development of social - labour partnership in Ukraine are selected; The technique of an estimation of efficiency of activity of the subjects of social - labour partnership is developed which can be applied for construction of integrated estimations on regional, corporate equal and at a level of the separate enterprises; is theoretically proved and the Concept of development of social - labour partnership in Ukraine for the period of stabilization and transition to economic increase algorithm of its realization is formulated on the basis of development and introduction at all levels of the programs of development of social - labour partnership by definition of tasks and monitoring behind their performance; the circuit of formation and action of the mechanism of social - labour partnership and practical recommendations concerning its improvement is developed, which intrinsic basis make ideology, legal and organizational maintenance constantly working process. Sphere of application - the received scientific development are used in practical activity by managing bodies of Ukraine
