Object - process of management of formation and development of the human capital at the industrial enterprises. The purpose - theoretical substantiation and development of scientific - methodical maintenance of management of process formation and development of the human capital of the enterprise. Methods - logic generalization is applied for a theoretical substantiation of importance of the put tasks and specification of key concepts of research. With the help of methodology of the system analysis and synthesis the research of elements of the human capital was carried out and its role is determined during development of the enterprise. The method of comparison is used for study of kinds and elements of the human capital, graphic method - for evident representation of a statistical material and schematic image of results of theoretical and practical researches. The economic-mathematical method is applied for construction of generalizing parameters of a level of development and use of the human capital.Method of the correlation analysis fixed in a basis of the developed model of an estimation of influence of the factors of development and use of the human capital on profitability of production of the enterprise. On the basis of a method факторного of the analysis the model of dependence of result of economic activity from the factors of integrity both equation of development of the human and ware capital is constructed. The method of statistical and sociological groupings, expert estimations was used for analyze of system improvement of professional skill at the enterprises. The theoretical value - consists in the further development of methodical bases and scientific - practical recommendations of management of process formation and development of the human capital of the enterprise. The practical result - is, that use of theoretical situations from management of the human capital will raise efficiency of functioning of the subjects managing at all levels of national economy. The scientific novelty - is proved and the balanced system of parameters of the human capital of the enterprise is developed which consists of criterion - market cost of the human capital generalizing parameters - factors of a level of development both use of the human capital and systems of partial monetary and not monetary parameters. The offered system creates the preconditions for definition of reserves of increase of efficiency use of the human capital of the enterprise; the methodical approach to the analysis of interrelation of result of economic activity of the enterprise both balanced development of the human and ware capital with use of a method of the analysis; interpretation of essence concept " the human capital of the enterprise " in view of the system approach, analysis of related categories, change of a role of the man on manufacture in conditions of economy; Methodical bases of creation at the enterprise of system management of development of the human capital in view of a kind of strategy of the subject managing, level of production and social development of the personnel; the methodical recommendations from formation of strategy investment in the human capital, which is based on of its level of development and loyalty of the personnel to the enterprise and assists the coordination of interests of carriers of the human capital and enterprise - investor
