The object of research - process of development of the attitudes of employment and its consequence in conditions of market economy the Purpose of job consists in development and scientific substantiation of theoretical bases of regulation of the attitudes of employment in conditions of transition to socially focused market economy. By the basic research receptions used in job, is: system - for revealing the social and economic party concerning employment; a dialectic method of knowledge - for an establishment of the reasons and consequences of process of market economy; unity of the historical and logic approaches - for disclosing the reason occurrence of unemployment and stages of development of scientific researches on a problem of its overcoming; the analysis and synthesis - for detailed elaboration of object of research owing to a partition it on separate components; statistical - for study, comparison and estimations of parameters functioning of the market of job; Abstract - logic - for theoretical generalisation and formation of conclusions; graphic - for the evident image of the stated situations. The theoretical value - is, that use of the theoretical situations, formulated and proved in the dissertation, and practical recommendations will assist the decision of problems of regulation of employment the population. The practical importance have: criterion of economic politics of the state; a technique of account of number of workplaces, which are reduced; the recommendations from reforming state politics of employment at all levels: regional and equal enterprises. Scientific novelty - is proved two aspects of employment: aspect of essence, which defines a social status of the people of employed job and aspect of the market forms of its display - sale and purchase of a labour as one of the factors of manufacture. The technique of an estimation social of market economy is advanced by allocation of middle class as criterion of economic politics of the state; a technique of an estimation of changes of employment by account of number of workplaces, which are reduced; the methodical approach and offered practical recommendations concerning reforming politics of employment at all levels of regulation in conditions of transition of Ukraine to socially focused market economy: the certain functions of state politics of employment; directions and criterion of improvement in view of the reasons of occurrence of unemployment in Ukraine; the essence of a category " productive employment " is specified by a substantiation of necessity maintenance of two basic conditions achievement of productive employment in conditions of market economy: productive job and effective social politics on the part of the state; Is proved a situation about impossibility of model of the market of job in view of two occupation levels and on the basis of allocation of dominant interdependence between a supply and demand of a labour; is proved a situation about necessity of state regulation of employment on the basis of the analysis of the positive and negative parties of this phenomenon; are proved modern of the market of job on the basis of allocation near to unemployment of one more problem of the modern market of job - unproductive employment
