Essay

The object of the research is labour motivation of the industrial enterprises' personnel. The purpose of the research is theoretical grounding and further development of scientific-methodical provision of an enterprise personnel labour motivation. The methods of the research are the system analysis and synthesis, the method of comparison, the graphic method, the method of taxonomy, the method of latent index construction, the factor analysis, the method of statistical and sociological grouping, the questionnaire, the method of expert evaluations. The theoretical result is: methodical regulations of the enterprise personnel labour motivation in general and its components in particular are suggested. The applied value is caused by the development of a complex of scientific-methodical provision of forming the system of the enterprise personnel labour motivation and its further development. The scientific novelty is in methodical approach to the evolution of the motivation level of different grous of interest carriers at an enterprise on the basis of the main demands generalization in the indexes of their satisfaction. Perfection of the definition "the system of an enterprise personnel labour motivation" taking into account the total of different interests of all the groups and their carries. Methodical approach to the analysis of interrelation of the level of labour motivation and the results of financial-economic activity. Model of the evaluation of the quality level of the system of an enterprise labour motivation on the basis of total latent index construction. Methodical principles of forming the personnel labour payment system aimed at increasing the efficiency of employee, a subdivision, in which he or she works and the enterprise in general. Monitoring the system of the personnel labour motivation with the aim of finding the reserves of the stimulating system and adaptation of the existing components to the specific object of influence. The sphere of application - industrial enterprises of different forms of ownership.
