Voshchenko I. Diagnostics and prophylaxis infertility main sows

There were investigated the reasons and forms of spreading various forms of barrenness among main and examined sows in special farms by producing pork in Sumy region. Main reasons of alimentary barrenness are obesity and growing thin; symptomatic ones are endometritis, traumas of common origin, traumas of genitals; immune ones are numerous resultless inseminations. Main functional changes at alimentary, symptomatic and immune forms of barrenness are anafrodisia, nymphomania, defective sexual cycles and numerous resultless inseminations at titre of spermaantibodies 1:64 and more. Morphological changes in genitals system for abovementioned forms of barrenness were characterized by cysts of ovaries, persistent yellow bodies, inflammatory processes in genitals system. Majority of indices of biochemical, morphological and hormone blood composition suggest tissue preparation PDE ability to influence on organism of sick animals.Use of PDE at alimentary barrenness, PDE separately or in the complex with chorulon at symptomatic barrenness, aminazinum separately or in the complex with PDE at immune barrenness confirms expediency of restoration of reproductive functions of sows. Determination of cell composition of vaginal smear marks, titre of spermaantibodies, performance of rectal investigation are a test for establishing alimentary, symptomatic and immune forms of barrenness.
